NASHVILLE — The Writer magazine, one of the nation’s oldest publications focusing on the craft of writing, recently asked readers from all over the U.S. to vote for the best writing conference in their respective states. Killer Nashville was voted the best writing conference in Tennessee.

Of Killer Nashville, The Writer says, “One of the best-loved genre events in the U.S., this conference attracts writers, agents, editors, fans of crime and thriller literature, and forensic experts from across the country.”

The annual Killer Nashville International Writers’ conference was created in 2006 as a way to give back to the writing community and educate/empower writers in all stages of their careers.

The 2019 conference will take place August 22 - 25 at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN. The 2019 Guests of Honor are Alexandra Ivy, David Morrell, and Joyce Carol Oates.
