Ronald Gerber / Lowenstein Associates

Ronald Gerber began his career as an intern at Writers House, where he first dreamt of becoming an agent and helping to nurture and advocate great stories. From there he spent several years in literary scouting at Sanford J. Greenburger Associates and Maximum Films & Management. In 2019, his dream came true: he joined Lowenstein Associates as a literary agent and manager of foreign rights, permissions, and contracts. He is currently building his list in historical and contemporary fiction, thrillers, narrative nonfiction, and middle grade, focusing on cinematic stories with strong hooks and likable, relatable characters. He’s also interested in mysteries, grounded sci-fi, true crime, and horror. Ronald is a graduate of Bard College at Simon’s Rock and received his B.A., summa cum laude with high honors, from Clark University. He is a proud native New Yorker.
